Trained as a Prosthodontist, he went on to teach at one of the most prestigious post graduate institutes in India, PGIMER. Having been there for 3 years, I then taught at a Private Dental School for one year.

Relocated to Dubai in 2003 and have since worked as a Specialist Prosthodontist. At present working at the Dental Studio, one of the Leading Dental Centers of the World since 2008.

He has always had a keen interest in academics and have been part time faculty at the Ajman University at the Prosthetic Department.

He have been an international speaker at numerous conferences and has conducted workshops. He has published article on Ceramic Veneers.

His primary focus in dentistry is Prosthodontics, Implantology, Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry. I have received the Awards for 2009, 2010, and 2011, 2012 four years in a row at the Mena Awards for Aesthetic Dentistry in 3 different categories.
His focus is now to be at the fore front of Contemporary Restorative and Esthetic Dentistry.

Course Abstract
Crowns and Bridges have been done for many decades in dentistry and have been done so predictably. In the past the materials used were Porcelain Fused to Metal or Full Metal Coverage restoration the bonding was done with cements like Zinc Phosphate and Glass Ionomer.

After the advent and predictable bond strengths achieved with composite resin based cements many new materials have been introduced that have better esthetics, comparable life of the restoration but emphasis is more on tooth preservation. There for partial restorations are being suggested much more than full coverage crowns.

When to do what and how to execute crowns, bridges, inlays and onlays is discussed here so the clinicians are able to make a choice of the best materials and bonding protocols for each clinical situation emphasizing on tooth tissue preservation.
